Scott serves as a member of TDN’s Board and chairs the audit committee.

As Partner of HealthEdge, Scott is responsible for deal origination, managing due diligence, financing, transaction documentation, portfolio oversight and management, and fundraising and investor relations.

Before joining the firm, Scott was a Principal at Fifth Third Capital Holdings, LLC where he focused on equity co-investments and primary fund commitments to companies and fund managers in the lower middle market. Prior to Fifth Third Capital, Scott was a Vice President at Florida Capital Partners.

Scott currently serves on the Board of Directors of Formulated Solutions, Spectrum Medical Partners, and Westone Laboratories. 

Scott holds a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia with concentrations in Finance and Accounting. Outside of work, Scott is an avid golfer and enjoys spending time with his daughter Stella.
