Sandy is a licensed Dental Hygienist with over 30 years of clinical and executive management experience in the dental service industry. Prior to joining TDN, Sandy served as a consultant to several Dental Service Organizations nationwide helping them achieve clinical and operational excellence. Prior to serving as a consultant, Sandy had executive level positions with Pure Dental Brands, Dental Care Alliance, and Smile Brands, where she supported the dental hygiene professionals within 350 practices (700+ hygienists). 

Sandy is a member of the American Dental Hygienists’ Association and has supported the Association by serving in several roles including Liaison to the Minnesota State Dental Board, Vice President, and President of the Minnesota Dental Hygienists’ Association.  She has published articles in Dentistry Today and RDH Magazine. 

Sandy holds a MS in Organizational Leadership from Brandman University, a BS in Biology from Metropolitan State University, and an AS in Dental Hygiene from Normandale Community College.
