Liza is TDN's Chief Human Resource Office and is responsible for leading the company’s Human Resource function, including compensation & benefits, associate recruiting, retention and onboarding, payroll and policy administration, and expansion of our HRIS platform. 

Liza has 20+ years of experience as a leader in all areas of Human Resources. Liza has worked in the private, government, and healthcare nonprofit sectors. Prior to joining TDN, she spent the last 10 years serving as EVP of Human Resources at a large multi-state government contractor.

Liza obtained her MBA from the University of West Georgia, has a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida, and an Associates in Science in Chemical Engineering Technology from Eastern Florida State College.

Liza lives in St. Petersburg and enjoys all the great local restaurants. In her spare time Liza enjoys anything active, being outdoors, and preferably near, or in, water.
